In most cases, we can resolve the majority of faults on-site, often within 30-60 minutes.
If we’re unable to fix the issue immediately, we’ll provide a written quote for the required work.

With our extensive experience, we can diagnose and repair most general faults within 30 minutes.
No Fix, No Fee for the first 30 minutes – if we can't fix the issue within this time, we'll advise you on the best next steps.
We charge per mile, so local customers benefit from lower costs. Staying local also helps us deliver excellent service and reduces our environmental impact.
Our call-out rate is £3.50 (ex. VAT) per mile, calculated from our office to your address. This standard rate ensures fair pricing for all customers.
Labour is charged at £17.50 (ex. VAT) per 15-minute interval.
A lot of problems are intermittent and not immediately apparent, there are many variable factors contributing to faults, in these cases our engineers will calculate the most likely cause given the symptoms described. Should problems continue then please keep an accurate record of exactly what problems you have witnessed.
We offer the first 30 minutes of diagnostics free of charge. After this period, diagnostic time will be billed according to our call-out rates.
After 30 minutes, our engineer will ask whether you would like us to continue or stop the service.
Yes, you can cancel a visit. Please provide as much notice as possible by emailing or calling our office.
